4 Accidents caused by the CLIENT
In the event of an accident or damage caused by the renter, the security deposit will be held until the damage assessment is complete and the final repair estimate is presented.
If the total repair cost exceeds the security deposit amount, the renter is responsible for paying the difference required to fully cover the presented estimate.
